Dawn Niles Case--Gary Albert Pleads Innocent

The Southtown Town Star posted an update on the case of Dawn Nile's murder:

Gary Albert Pleads Innocent

Dawn was a deaf student at Hinsdale South High School and she was found murdered in March of 1981.

Gary was held in jail on a one million dollar bond and his family bailed him out to the tune of $100,000.

A hearing is scheduled for May 22nd.

your posts seems a little 'to the tune of 100,000' while as a 1 million dollar bond

for people reading.. this is typical, 10 percent of bond is their OWN money, the rest can be from bondsmen, or the like - they more likely signed away their home

I wonder if there will be trial coverage on TruTV (used to be CourtTV). This will be interesting.

i was very good friends with dawn i lived in lagrange park we lost touch a few months before she was killed i could not even get myself to go to her funeral as i was sick to my stomach...she was a very good friend...hopefuly gary will suffer for what he has done...
