Congratulation over at Parenting squad - that first article has shocked them....love the picture too.
thank goodness there are only 2 hearing aids or 2 cochlear implants at my house. They need to come with beacons to find them. I have my spot for my cis and no one not even the dog is allowed there. I learned my lesson many years ago when the dog ate my hearing aid, so now it has one spot and one case only. I can just imagine the excitement at your house trying to find all the aids. Are they labeled?
On most days, we have our hearing aids in the same spot and can find them. But lately, the Middle school kid has been leaving hers all over due to ear aches.
None of the hearing aids are labelled since everyone's earmolds are so different.
Makes me glad I only have one set of hearing aids to keep track of! I love the red, white, and blue earmolds- too cute! I plan on getting Nolan that color set for July!
Enjoyed reading your article. I had 2 HAs and always left them in the same spot every night. My hearing dog at the time NEVER touched them but did stiff.
WOO HOO!! I'm going to run right over and read it now. Any title with 10 hearing aids is bound to be a good one.
I just came back from reading it. That is a lot of molds and tubes and batteries! That was a great post, I will look forward to reading you more over at the parenting squad :)
That was a totally cute story! It also had the flavor of divine justice--after all that trouble with kids and aids, the ultimate solution comes at the end using the very thing that caused all the trouble! Great writing!
Congrats on the new gig!
