The Pants Lawsuit: Roy Pearson Gets...Nothing

Remember the $65 million dollar lawsuit over a pair of pants?

Roy Pearson lost.

It looks like he will have to dig deep into his pants to cover the court costs for this silly lawsuit that he dreamed up.

There is justice after all.

I am so glad that is resolved...how awful it must of been for the Chung's. I hope he has to compensate them for all the expense he caused them during this ridiculous matter.

That was the stupidest suit I ever heard of. I'm glad he didn't win a thing! If anything, maybe he should have had his pants replaced, but for his greediness and foolishness...bah!

People are now talking about the possibility the judge will lose his job over this fiasco.

I hope the poor dry cleaner owners will get their legal expenses reimbursed. It shouldn't have gone this far

This was so dumb it was funny, happy about the outcome too. Now to get some real issues into the courthouse.

That lawsuit was ridiculous. I felt sorry for the dryclean owners. Shame on that greedy man for trying to pull this nonsense on them!

We had the story on the news here in the UK.

Thank god common sense has prevailed - the whole case was stupid!

We (Belgium) can not understand that even a lawsuit of this nonsense can be accepted in court ! What a waste of money and energy !!

US legal system should limit or prevent this kind of non-sense law suit. It is a kind of waste of tax payers money. This guy is a legal abuser. He should be suited against instead of suiting other person
